We actively and confidentially approach candidates via Active Sourcing, Direct Search and within our networks. Likewise, depending on the project, we use job platforms and post a position profile on social and professional networks to address interested applicants who are actively looking for a new challenge. However, our business model does not include the active positioning and placement of candidates on behalf of candidates.
